2025 Spring Flag Football
Join us this spring for an exciting season of flag football! Designed for players based on their grade, our leagues focus on skill development, teamwork, and fun. The season dates for the Spring 2025 Capital City Flag Football season are: 4/13 (Sunday), 4/19 (Saturday), 4/27 (Sunday) and 5/4 (Sunday) All sessions will take place at CD-H High School. Session times will run between 12 PM and 6:30PM, with specific time blocks to be determined. Please note that these details are subject to change based on availability.
Details:
- Little Riders (Grades K-1) – 60 minutes session focused on introducing the game with small groups, skill stations, and gaming. - Cost: $50
- Spring Stampede (Grades 2-5) – 90-minute sessions for individual grades 5v5 league with skill development, team practice, and games. Cost: $99
- Cap City Fillies (NEW Girls-Only League, Grades 5-8) – Dedicated 5v5 league designed for girls, featuring 90-minute sessions that combine skill development, team practices, and competitive games. Divided into two divisions (Grades 5/6 & 7/8), this program provides a fun and structured environment to grow in the game. Cost: $99.

CAP CITY ACADEMY
Cap City Academy is a spring developmental football camp for rising 6th - 8th grade athletes interested in honing their position specific football skills, competing in small area games, practicing and getting (re)acquainted with their 2025 teammates and coaches.
The camp will be coached by current grade level tackle coaches and will meet once a week for 4 consecutive weeks.

When: April 13, 19, 27 and May 4
Time: 5:30 - 7:30p
Who: All rising 6th - 8th graders who are planning or thinking about playing this fall.
(By rising, we mean what grade level they will play this fall).
