Capital City Football Association is a non-profit youth football club based in Saint Paul serving athletes K - 8th Grade. We're a comprehensive football development association offering training and league play year round, both in-house and traveling. Our teams compete in all football models: flag, tacklebar and tackle. Our mission is to provide our players and their families an unparalleled football experience through exceptional coaching, elite programming and an unwavering commitment to safety.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment for the following Leagues:
Please Note - Leagues reflect the players grade in the fall. Dates and days are subject to change.
Fall Flag - Grades 1 - 6
- In-House Flag Football - 1st - 4th Grade - $175
- Dates: September 8th - October 13th
- Days: Sunday Afternoons & Tuesdays or Thursday Evenings
- [NEW] Sunday Sizzle Flag Football - 5th & 6th Grade - $125
- Dates: September 8th - October 13th
- Days: Sunday Afternoons
- NOTE - Minimum of 24 Kids need to register to play the season
Tacklebar - Grade 3
- *Tacklebar - 3rd Grade - $295
- Dates: August 12 - October 12
Tackle - Grades 4 - 7th
- *Tacklebar to Tackle Transition - 4th Grade - $295
- Dates: August 12 - October 12
- *Tackle - 5th Grade - $350
- Dates: August 5 - October 12
- Tackle - 6th - 7th Grade - $350
- Dates: August 5 - October 12
*Note: Small Format Football. Games are played on a smaller field with less players then a typical 11x11 format
